C-1 Cycling around Garachico / Teno. Teno is the part of Tenerife that was once one of the original volcanic massifs which eventually merged with its other two neighbours to form the island we know today. As such, it is very mountainous and offers some big challenges for the serious cyclist.

C- 2 Mountain biking around the Corona Forestal – Chinyero Zone. The varied network of forest tracks that cover the mountains of Tenerife make for an ideal mountain biking holiday. The Corona Forestal which surrounds the Teide National Park and the hills around La Esperanza are the best areas to practise this sport.
