Protected in
winter from the col northern winds by the
Cabo de San Antoni, but open in summer to
the breezes from the south-east, the town
of Jávea boasts an ideal climate with winter
temperatures averaging 14°C and summer temperatures
25°C. Swimming, fishing, sailing, diving,
water-skiing and all water sports are available
in the magnificent installtion of the marina.
To complete this ideallic picture, the Club
de Golf Jávea was built, a course of nine
holes (S.S.72) with two putting greens,
a driving range, two tennis courts and a
large swimming pool. The choice of land
used has provided wide, open fairways that
sometimes flatter the golfer but greens
that are very well protected by bunkers.
Apart from the course, the club has a large,
well-developed clubhouse with a barm a restaurant,
a Pro-Shop, television and card rooms, as
well as changing rooms and caddy area.
